Sebastian Tekieli
I am an experienced Ruby programmer and CTO who has been creating and developing web applications for over 15 years. My experience includes working on various projects, from small startups to large corporate systems.
As CTO, I focus on building scalable architectures and efficient development teams. My approach combines technical expertise with the ability to strategically plan and manage projects.
In the past, I founded and ran several technology startups, which gave me a unique perspective on product development and technology business management.
I'm also a big AI enthusiast, exploring every aspect of this technology. From text generation with Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity, to creating graphics with Midjourney and DALL-E, to producing AI-powered videos with HeyGen and Runway. For coding, I rely on Cursor as my AI-powered IDE. I believe in staying at the forefront of AI innovation and integrating these tools to enhance both professional and creative projects.
Outside of tech, I'm an avid gravel cyclist, particularly passionate about ultra-distance cycling. My biggest achievement was completing the Wschód 1400 route in 2022 – an epic 1400 km self-supported bikepacking challenge across eastern Poland through varied terrain from forests to mountains. This type of endurance cycling perfectly complements my approach to technical challenges – it's all about perseverance, strategic planning, and pushing beyond comfort zones.
